Co-Hosting
As a co-host we will be the first point of contact for vendor and guests. We come with a connection to most needed service providers, if we need to outsource one for your property we can do so. We offer schedule organization, around the clock communication (excluded 9pm-7am) 7 days a week. All that we have to offer is included in this for FREE.
Service Call
Guest locked out of the home? Maybe they can't figure out how the door keypad works, or the television is on an external output and they can't figure out how to change it. Whatever the case is we will first try to handle it virtually, and if someone is needed to come out we will go assist them personally. Leaving you to continue your vacation, family time, etc. (of course we send out a notification to you letting you know a service call was needed, and the details of it.)
Errand Running
Did you buy some items for your property and they need to be picked up from the store & taken to the property? We can handle that too!
Staging
If you bought more decorations or furniture for your property and you now would like for us to go out (when the property is empty of course) to stage the property in a presentable way we can do this as well.
Package Receiving
Buying something for the property and need it shipped somewhere? We have you covered! It is included in your rate.
Pay-As-Needed
Okay, you think a cohost would help you but you aren't sure, and you want to start small. OR, you really only need a cohost to handle the booking part and you can handle all else. Try our $350.00 package and pay only for the extras that you need WHEN you need them.
